- overseeing Host Infrastructure FEED studies
- preparing ITT packages, generating scopes of work and specifications, managing tendering, evaluation and award
- developing cost estimates, schedules and budgets for the Execute phase
- Risk and Opportunity identification; running workshops and undertaking probabilistic cost and schedule risk analysis
- developing Execute phase project management systems including: EHS Plans, QA / QC Plans, PLANC Registers, Project Execution Plans, Management of Change Procedures, Project Controls Procedures and Document Control
- planning for eventual handover to operations including developing the Completions and Commissioning Strategy and drafting the Operations and Maintenance (IRM) Plans.
